This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A4and A7 in Crime No.32of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Malakpet Police Station, Hyderabad.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer referred the matter as 'lack of evidence'. In view of the submission of learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
