HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 15766 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner - A2, the condition to the extent that " two sureties each who shall furnish Fixed Deposits of Rs.50,000/ - (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each in the name of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narsipatnam" imposed in the order dated 21.10.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 3285 of 2016 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, in respect of the petitioner, is hereby relaxed. All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
