This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners/ defendants aggrieved by the rejection of the Memo dated 20.11.2019 vide SR No.5453 of 2019 filed in I.A.No.508 of 2019 in O.S.No.1214 of 2019 on the file of the VII Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioners/ defendants and perused the record. 3.

Admittedly, the copies of the documents proposed to be marked are photostat copies. The procedure contemplated to allow secondary evidence, etc., has not been followed by the revision petitioners. Therefore, the Court below has rightly rejected the said Memo filed by the revision petitioners. This civil revision petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.
