Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 2.

It is the case of the petitioner that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.1.38 gts in Survey No.62/A situated at Bahadurpally Village, GandimaisammaDundigal Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, having succeeded to the same from his father. It is also contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that originally, the subject land belongs to the grandfather of the petitioner by name Banda Pentaiah and after the demise of the grandfather of the petitioner, the total land held by the petitioner's grandfather was partitioned and the subject land fell to the share of the petitioner's father and after the demise of the petitioner's father, the petitioner succeeded to the same. However, the said extent of land is erroneously shown in the name of Dr. Reddy's Bio Sciences Ltd., though the said company is not having any right or interest in the subject land. Having noticed the same, the petitioner approached the respondents requesting for mutation of the subject land in the name of the petitioner and the same is

Hence, the petitioner claims to have submitted a detailed representation dated 26.04.2022 to the third respondent herein requesting to mutate the subject land in the name of the petitioner by deleting the erroneous entries made in respect of the subject land and also claims to have made an online application bearing No.LM2200023628. However, the said representation as well as the online application submitted by the petitioner are pending consideration before the respondents. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks interference of this Court directing the respondents to dispose of the online application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that if the online application submitted by the petitioner is in order, the same would be considered in accordance with law.

Taking into consideration the submissions made on either side, this Court is of the considered view that there is no necessity to go into the merits of this case at this stage and accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 26.04.2022 and the online application bearing No.LM2200023628

MSK,J W.P.NO.34523 OF 2022 submitted by the petitioner for mutation of the land admeasuring Ac.1.38 gts in Survey No.62/A situated at Bahadurpally Village, Gandimaisamma-Dundigal Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, in the name of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by duly putting Dr. Reddy's Bio Sciences Ltd., on notice.
