The Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Writ Petition is filed seeking release of terminal benefits and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 22.4.2004, directing the respondents to release the terminal benefits to the petitioner. 2.

This Court, having considered the submissions made by the petitioner, is of the considered view that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
