HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.23768 of 2018 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the action of the 1st respondent in interfering with the liberty of the petitioners without following due process of law on the pretext of investigation relating to "Heavenly Interdenominal Mission Trust" (HIM) cases, this writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions states that the petitioners are accused in Cr.Nos 105 and 266 of 2011 and already charge-sheet is filed in the said crimes on 28-04-2016. It is further stated that about (39) cases were registered in respect of HIM Trust. The allegation that the respondent-police are interfering with the liberty of the petitioners by calling them to police station is denied. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
