THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2887 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused seeks to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.156 of 2012 on the file of the V Additional Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar, arising out of offence under Section 307 IPC. When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the letter, dated 19.06.2018 of Sub Inspector of Medipally Police Station and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 28.11.2013, and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.156 of 2012 on the file of the V Additional Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar, has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

No representation for learned counsel for petitioner. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
