Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Having regard to the nature of writ prayer, the learned counsel requests the Court to permit him to make appropriate representation before the 1st respondent for consideration and appropriate action. Liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the respondents for vindication of the grievance canvassed in the writ petition. With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
