HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23801 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed for a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to grant police aid to the petitioner for effective enforcement of the order of injunction in IA.No.48/2013 in OS.No.1/2013.

Petitioner has already approached trial Court for grant of police aid in pursuance to the injunction granted in his favour. When the same is pending, petitioner approached this Court by filing present writ petition. Petitioner cannot pursue two parallel remedies at a time.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue the application filed by him before the trial Court and the trial Court is expected to dispose of the said application for police aid as expeditiously as possible.
