THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KI]MAR CONTEMPT CASE No.23ll of 2023 ORDER:

Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent ll I I t Nos.2 to 4 submits that the respondent authorities have passed a speaking order on 13-12-2023 and thus, the respondent authorities have complied with the order of this Court dated 18-10-2022 in W.P.No.22586 o12022.

?. Leamed Standing Counsel further submits that though there has been delay in the respondent authorities complying with the order of this Court, the said delay is neither willful nor wanton and it was purely on account of administrative reasons, and thus, submits that the Court may condone the delay in complying with the order of this Court.

3. Having regard to the above submissions, since the respondent authorities have complied with the orders of this Court, though with delay, the same can be condoned.

4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
