Mr. P. Durga Prasad, counsel for petitioners, having regard to the decision taken by the District Collector, which is yet to be communicated, submits that there are changed circumstances and the petitioners may be given liberty to work out the legal remedies against such decision and permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
