JUDGMENT:

This appeal arises out of the order, dated 14.07.2011, in I.A.No.67 of 2010 in O.S.No.67 of 2007 on the file of learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Fast Track Court, Gudivada.

At the hearing, Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the appellant, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal. To that effect, he also addressed a letter, dated 25.03.2015, to the Registry. The request of the learned counsel for the appellant is accepted. The Appeal Suit is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
