THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.911 OF 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorari and call for the records relating to the award passed in M.P.No.14 of 2000 dated 22.08.2003 on the file of the first respondent Tribunal and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary. On 29.12.2010, this Court directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to serve notice on the second respondent by registered post with acknowledgement due, failing which, the writ petition stands dismissed against respondent No.2.

In spite of the conditional order, the petitioner has not served the notice on the second respondent. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the writ petition. Hence, no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
