This petition is filed seeking for quash of the proceedings against the petitioner, who is A1, in Crime No.38 of 2013 on the file of Balanagar Police Station, Mahabubnagar District.

The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections 304-II r/ w 34 IPC, Sections 3-EXPL, 4-EXPL SA. 2.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent as well as the counsel for the 2nd respondent.

The Public Prosecutor files a memo stating that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is also filed. 4.

Hence, in view of the above, the petitioner can file appropriate petition before the court below seeking for discharge and raise all the contentions before the court below. 5.

With the above observations, the Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
