HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16689 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners - A1 and A1, the condition to the extent that " who shall furnish Fixed Deposits of Rs.1,00,000/ - (Rupees One Lakh Only) each" imposed in the Common Order dated 04.11.2016 in Crl.M.P.Nos. 3650 and 3645 of 2016 in Cr.No. 22 of 2016-17 of P & E Station, V.Madugula, passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, in respect of the petitioners, is hereby relaxed. All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
