Respondent No.2 in M.V.O.P.No.2563 of 2010 on the file of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum -XIII Additional Chief Judge (Fast Track Court), City Civil Court, Hyderabad, preferred the present appeal aggrieved by the order and decree, dated 08.01.2013, passed in the said O.P.

During pendency of the appeal, the matter was referred to Lok Adalat, at the request of both sides. The Lok Adalat has passed an Award, dated 29.12.2016. In terms of the Award, dated 29.12.2016, passed by the Lok Adalat, the appeal is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
