Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and the learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health appearing for respondent No.4.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Grievance Committee, in terms of Dr. N.T.R. University of Health and Sciences Act, 1986, and also the Orders of this Court dt. 16.04.2008 passed in W.P.No.379 of 2008, has not been constituted.

Learned Standing Counsel produced a copy of the Proceedings Dt.

17.07.2018 stating that the Grievance Committed has already been constituted.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has submitted a Representation Dt. 06.07.2018 along with other students to the University Authorities explaining their grievance. Since it is represented that the representation Dt.06.07.2018 is placed before the authority, the competent authority may be referred the same to the Grievance Committee for taking appropriate action in accordance with law. Since the issue relates to the career of the students, it is expected that the Grievance Committee will consider the representation of the petitioner and take decision, as expeditiously as possible, in order to enable the

petitioner and others to appear for supplementary examinations scheduled to be conducted by the University from 20.07.2018 onwards.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
