THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C. BHANU WRIT PETITION No. 14296 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in considering the application of petitioner society since the year 2013 for sanction of PTO for classes I to X, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to issue PTO for classes I to X in favour of Petitioner's Society.

An appropriate decision has to be taken by the 2nd respondent by considering the application of the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate decision in accordance with law within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
