THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 1680 of 2019 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 30.04.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.9781 of 2019.

By the aforesaid order, this Court after considering the nature of relief sought by the petitioner, disposed of the said Writ Petition directing the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

The second respondent filed a counter-affidavit stating that pursuant to the aforesaid order passed by this Court, after considering the request of the petitioner, a detailed report was submitted to the Government on 12.06.2019 and thereafter, the Government issued a Memo on 24.06.2019 expressing its inability to extend further concession as it would cause financial burden to the State.

From the above, it is evident that the aforesaid order of this Court has been complied with, though with some delay.

CKR, J C.C.No.1680 of 2019 Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed.
