THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.5100 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in C.C.No.222 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Jangaon.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to file a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C.

Permission is granted.
