HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5811 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard both sides at length.

It is the submission of the learned counsel for the revision respondent that Smt. Y. Soumya, representing through her father she is making every endeavour to personally appear before the lower Court on 18.01.2017 and give evidence of her own and if not for any reason practically possible her GPA father file the evidence affidavit to the extent he can depose other than personal facts of wife and husband within the four walls.

Having regard to the above, the revision petition is disposed of by directing the lower Court to take up the matter on day to day basis from 18.01.2017.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
