- 2 - THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.27353 OF 2019 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 and 2. 2.

Aggrieved by the order of Tahsildar which was affirmed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, in including the names of respondents 1 to 10 mentioned in the Revision Petition, petitioner preferred Revision before the Joint Collector, who has assigned Revision Petition No.F2/1960 of 2017. Alleging that the said revision is yet to be decided, this writ petition is filed. A copy of the Revision Petition is enclosed as Ex.P.1 to the writ petition paper book.

In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Revisional Authority to pass orders on the Revision as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if the Revision is already filed and pending.
