SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6774 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C. No.9 of 2012, pending on the file of the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kodad, Nalgonda District (for short, 'the trial Court'). During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties but the trial Court has posted the matter beyond three (3) months for recording the compromise. Hence, learned counsel requested to close this matter, with a liberty to reopen the same, if necessary. Accordingly, recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is closed with liberty to seek for reopen, if necessary. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
