This application is filed to set aside the order dated 26.02.2010 passed in Application No.106 of 2010 in Application (S.R.) No.764 of 2008 in Application Nos.552 and 559 of 2008 in C.S.No.14 of 1958 on the file of this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
