The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 12 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of crime No.239 of 2017 of Eluru II Town Police Station, West Godavari, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 & 368 r/w 34 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
