ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the orders passed by this Court in WP No.13345 of 2015, dated 02.06.2015.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. However, if the petitioner has any claim regarding wages in the light of the order passed by this Court, he can make a separate application.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
