The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are trying to demolish the house of the petitioner bearing D.No. 86-27-12/86-27-12/1 at V.L.Puram, Tilak Road, Rajahmundry Town and Mandal, East Godavari District. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Sri Ancha Panduranga Rao, learned standing counsel for Municipalities (A.P.), submits that the respondents will follow due process of law before taking any action.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to demolish the house of the petitioner bearing D.No. 86-2712/86-27-12/1 at V.L.Puram, Tilak Road, Rajahmundry Town and Mandal, East Godavari District, without following due process of law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
