representing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when the matter came up for hearing on 01.08.2024, inadvertently, she has mentioned the subject matter was squarely covered in W.P.Nos.40429 of 2017 and batch, which was passed under Section 17 (e) of the Telangana State Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 for release of rice. In fact, the subject matter pertains to seizure of edible oils.

In view of the same, the orders passed in W.P.No.27057 of 2015 on 01.08.2024 are recalled and the writ petition is restored on its file. The Registry is directed to post this matter before appropriate bench dealing with matters of Civil Supplies Department.
