THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.304 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw M.C.No.10 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Thungaturthy, Nalgonda District, and transfer the same to Family Court, Nalgonda.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file fresh application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
