HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.23712 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent on the complaint dated 06-10-2017 registered in FIR.No.99 of 2017, dated 06-10-2017 of Pamarru K.Gangavaram Mandal, East Godavari District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the investigation is completed and matter is referred as false. In that regard, a letter has been addressed to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ramachandrapuram Sub-Division on 23-06-2018 to accord permission to refer the case as false and orders are awaited. After obtaining permission, final report will be filed before the concerned Court.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned Station House Officer to file report after obtaining necessary permission and after issuing notice to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open for the petitioner to avail remedies available to him.
