HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2671 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the orders dated 11.05.2012 in I.A.No.405 of 2011 in F.C.O.P.No.82 of 2011 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Kurnool.

As per the office note, the F.C.O.P.No.82 of 2011 itself was settled in Lok Adalath and disposed of on 28.09.2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have amicably settled the matter in Lok Adalath.

In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the purpose of filing of the revision has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
