HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.28385 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking to set aside the impugned order dated 06.11.2015 passed by the 2nd respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that against the impugned order appeal lies and that admittedly the subject property stands in the name of 3rd respondent.

In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as may be available to him under law within a period of two weeks from today. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
