This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 & 12 of Contempt of Court Act, seeking to punish the contemnor/ respondent for disobeying and violating the orders of this Court dated 30.08.2016 in W.P.No.6529 of 2016. 2.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 02.02.2018. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case.

Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
