HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA : HYDERABAD MAIN CASE NO: Crl.P.9722 of 2023 PROCEEDING SHEET 13.10.2023 KS,J IA.No.1 OF 2023 (for being mentioned) This application is filed seeking correction of typographical mistake at para-1 of the order dated 09.10.2023 in Crl.P.No.9722 of 2023.

Learned Counsel for petitioners submits that this Court on 09.10.2023 granted Anticipatory Bail to the petitioners/A1 to A4 in Crl.P.No.9722 of 2023; and that at third line of para-1, crime number was wrongly typed as "Crime No.24 of 2023' instead of 'Crime No.474 of 2023'.

In view of the aforesaid submission, Office is directed to correct the crime number at third line of the first paragraph as 'Crime No.474 of 2023' in place of 'Crime No.24 of 2023'.

Accordingly, the earlier order dt.09.10.2023 passed in Crl.P.No.9722/2023

stands corrected. Office is directed to issue corrected copy of the order.
