CVNR,J & TA, J Date:14.11.2018 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed against an ad interim order dated 08.02.2016 in I.A.No.34 of 2016 in O.S.No.4 of 2016 on the file of VII Additional District Judge, Gudur. 2.

A perusal of the aforementioned order shows that while adjourning the case to 22.02.2016, the lower court has directed both parties to maintain status-quo with regard to the scheduled mentioned property. Instead of filing an application for vacating the interim order, the appellant has needlessly filed this appeal. 3.

The learned counsel for the appellant is unable to state whether I.A.No.34 of 2016 has been disposed of or not. If I.A. has not already been disposed of so far, the lower court is directed to dispose of the same, within two months from the date of receipt of this order, after hearing both sides.

Subject to the above directions, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed.
