This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the life and liberty of the petitioner by visiting the work place of the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of one Raagam Srisailam Yadav against the father of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.412of 2018 was registered on 29-06-2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 IPC and Section 5 of A.P.P.D.F.E.A. Act and the matter is taken-up for investigation by the respondent-police. It is stated that the petitioner and his father are required in the above case. As on today, no crime is registered against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner is not aware of whereabouts of his father and he has no connection with the incident alleged in the above crime. In view of the same, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. Since no crime is registered against the petitioner, the respondent-police shall not harass the petitioner and interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner except in accordance with law.
