This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ husband aggrieved by the order dated 25.11.2019 passed in I.A.No.135 of 2019 in I.A.No.92 of 2019 in FCOP No.117 of 2019 by the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for Trial of Cases of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case-cum-Additional Family Court-cum-XXIII Additional Chief Judge-cum-IX Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, whereby, the subject Interlocutory Application filed by the respondent/ wife, under Section 151 of CPC, to reopen the I.A.No.92 of 2019 for further hearing, was allowed.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioner filed a memo dated 12.12.2019 vide USR No.75809/ 2019 stating that notices were sent to the respondent by RPAD and also to the counsel on record for the respondent before the Court below. The notice sent to the counsel on record for the respondent is received. Inspite of the same, there is no representation for the respondent.

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ husband and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ husband having submitted for a considerable time about passing of impugned order dated 25.11.2019 in I.A.No.135 of 2019 in I.A.No.92 of
2019 in FCOP No.117 of 2019, requested this Court to direct the Court below to dispose of I.A.No.92 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within one(1) week.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that I.A.No.92 of 2019 was filed for interim custody of the children and the said application is pending before the Court below. 6.
Under these circumstances, the Court below is directed to dispose of I.A.No.92 of 2019 in FCOP No.117 of 2019 within a period of two (2) weeks from today.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
