On instructions, it is submitted by Sri Nimmagadda Venkateshwarlu, learned Standing Counsel for the Municipality that already action has been initiated by the Municipality by issuing notice under Section 228 of the H.M.C.Act, 1955 and the Municipality will proceed further in accordance with law. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent-Municipality to take further action in the matter, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
