HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1852 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in WP.No.19638 of 2018, dated 14-06-2018.

Sri A.Abishek Reddy, learned counsel for respondents filed memo stating that respondents 1 and 2 are not properly impleaded.

Sri V.Ramachander Goud, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submits that respondent No.3 is not a party to the writ petition.

When the same is pointed out to learned counsel for the petitioner, he seeks permission to withdraw the contempt case with liberty to file fresh contempt case for impleading proper parties.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. As a sequel to the disposal of this case, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
