HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.3301 of 2004 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is preferred against the order dated 27.04.2004 in M.V.O.P.No.298 of 1997 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-I Additional District Judge, Chittoor, by the Insurance Company challenging the award passed in favour of claimant.

2. This is an old case. In spite of granting three adjournments from 25.02.2015 as per the request of advocate for appellant, no interest is evinced in proceeding with the case and today again adjournment is sought on the ground that counsel is out of station. I am not inclined to grant any further adjournment.

3. Accordingly, civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
