THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.6462 OF 2017 JUDGMENT: (Oral) (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in detaining/arresting the husband of the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 15, 16,19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the 3rd respondent to release her husband.

Appeared none on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned Government Pleader for the respondents, who appeared on advance notice, has informed this Court that the husband of the petitioner, namely, Yadagiri was arrested in FIR No.299 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 504 and 506 of IPC registered at Yadagirigutta Police Station.

In view of the statement made by the learned Government Pleader for the respondents, there is no necessity to pass any order in the present petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
