When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the petitioner's counsel that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication, and hence, the writ petition has become infructuous. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
