HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7193 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by petitioner/A1 under Section 482 Cr.P.C, to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.91 of 2016, of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 465, 468, 420, 406 & 506 IPC.

As the allegations are grave and investigation is in the nascent stage, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings. Therefore, the investigation must lead to its logical conclusion. However, the Investigating Officer shall scrupulously adhere the guidelines rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar V. State of Bihar1 and also follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., during the course of investigation. The petitioner/A1 in turn is directed to cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.
