This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A-2 to quash the proceedings in FIR.No.938 of 2019 of P.S. Banjara Hills, Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/A-2 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State submitted that the issue involved in this Criminal Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 27.08.2018 of this Court in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.

In view of the above submission, the Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 27.08.2018 in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.

Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order dated 27.08.2018 in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch to this order.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
