The learned counsel for the petitioners requests the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition. The learned counsel has also filed a letter, dated 25-07-2016 in the Registry in that regard.

The permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Consequently, the interim order, dated 29-04-2016 granted in W.P.M.P.No.19032 of 2016 shall stand vacated and the said Miscellaneous petition is closed.
