When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject stock, which is a Tobacco product, has already been deposited before the concerned Court and therefore seeks closure of the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy available to the writ petitioner under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Granting the liberty as prayed for, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to cost.
