Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development (Telangana) for respondent No.1, learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) for respondent No.4 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition, as averred in the writ affidavit, is that the officials of respondent Nos.3 and 4 are interfering with his possession and enjoyment over his property.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleaders and learned Standing Counsel that their officials are not interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over his property and that if the private property of the petitioner is required for any public purpose, the authorities will follow due process of law.

The said statement is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to meddle with the private property of the petitioner herein except in accordance with law. It is made clear that it is open for the respondents to acquire the private property of the petitioner, if the same is required for any public purpose, as per law.
