THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WP No.23903 OF 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not taking action on the complaint dated 23-06-2018 made by the petitioner against respondents 4 and 5, as being illegal, arbitrary and for issuance of appropriate consequential directions.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Home.

Petitioner's counsel states that though a complaint dated 2306-2018 is made against the respondents 4 and 5 for committing the acts of criminal trespass into the house of the petitioner and damaged the property, the Police did not take action against them. 4.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to take action on the complaint dated 23-062018 made by the petitioner following the guidelines detailed in LALITA KUMARI vs. GOVERNMENT OF UTTAR PRADESH1, if not already followed.
