HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 3307 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in regularizing the services of the petitioner as Man Mazdoor or any other suitable post, as illegal and arbitrary.

While admitting the writ petition, this Court directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization of his services, vide orders dated 25.02.2004 in WPMP No.4365 of 2004 and the said interim orders were made absolute vide orders dated 24.03.2008 in WVMP No.1101 of 2006.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Learned standing counsel for the respondents has not disputed the same. In view of the said submission, the writ petition is closed.
