ORDER

It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the lis in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this court in W.P.No.26929 of 2017 dated 31.10.2016, and the same is not disputed by Sri T.Nageshwar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 3 and 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleaders for Medical and Health, for the States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, appearing for respondents 1 and 2 respectively and Sri T.Nageshwar Rao, learned Standing counsel for respondents 3 and 4. Since it is stated that the representations of the petitioners' dated 15.06.2018, 18.06.2018, 19.06.2018 and 22.06.2018, are pending before the competent authority, it is for the said authority to take action and dispose of the same.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the competent authority is directed to consider the representations of the petitioners' noted above, in terms of the judgment of this court dated 31.10.2016 passed in W.P.No.26929 of 2016 and batch.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
